When you start to slip, it’s rarely all at once

It’s the hard mornings, the cancelled plans, the “I’ll deal with it later.” Weeks pass. Then one day, it feels like it all hit at once.

The real problem (before apps, before advice)

Most of us don’t notice the slide in real time. We tell ourselves it’s just a rough patch. We forget how last week felt, or we can’t find the words in session. That’s normal—and it’s how small struggles become big ones.

With Kay, you’ll feel:

  • Fewer “how did I get here?” days
  • Clear next steps when stress builds
  • Support that sounds human, not clinical
  • Progress you can actually see over time

Kay is your prevention-first, HIPAA-compliant AI that notices early shifts and suggests one doable next step—grounded in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotion Regulation.

Kay is not a telehealth provider and doesn’t diagnose or treat conditions.
